Хотя они и пишут, что это надо сделать до 25.09.2013, но вход туда еще открыт.
Остальное, не важно. Точнее, останется получить сам билет. Это можно будет сделать в Ticket Office Донбас Арены, то есть, рядом со стадионом 02.10.2013 с 9:00 до 22:45. С собой иметь СВОЙ паспорт. Понятно, что лучше загран. Вот оригинал:

The ticket collection point is located at the stadium and we have been given 3 windows at the Ticket Office. The stadium is centrally located and is approximately 15 mins walk from the city centre. There is also a good low cost public transport system and taxis are plentiful.
The collection point will only be open on the day of the match: Wed 2 Oct from 9am until 10.45pm (local time).

We strongly advise you to collect as early as possible (straight from the airport if you can) to avoid unnecessary delays and queues. If you need to contact staff at the collection point, please call: +44 7775 220 964.

Collecting your ticket
You will need to present your valid original passport. Other proof of ID or photocopies will not be accepted under any circumstances.

А сколько примерно обрабатываются данные при покупке билета?билет был куплен 28 сентября,заполняю поля и мне вот что пишут:

Хз. Вероятно, надо опять "please contact 0161 868 8000"
